I’ve written about Christine McVie before with a loop Alchemist used. This time I’m focusing on the dope drum break featured on the same album. This album was actually released years after it originally came out under the name Christine Perfect. Sire Records was looking to capitalize off her recent success with Fleetwood Mac and re-released her solo album from 1970, 6 years later.
The The track “And That’s Saying A Lot” is a bluesy number that kicks off with a 2 bar drum loop. The snares are light but the pattern is dope. Check it out!
