Country music is probably my least favorite genre of all (next to trap/ratchet Hip-Hop or whatever they call it). However, in the diggin’ world, we all know that Country albums contain some really dope drum breaks.
Alexander Harvey was a country music artist whose career spanned 1971-1976. His album Preshus Child on Kama Sutra records was released towards the end of his solo work. Most of it is un-listenable to the average hip-hop fan, however the track “Tulsa Turnaround” contains a really nice drum break in the intro. Check it out.
